Jodi Weiner, a stand-up comedian, Jodi’s likeability and cuddly persona could defrost the most difficult of audiences. She has appeared nationally at the Funny Bones, Punch lines, Caesars Resorts, Catch a Rising Star, Stand- up New York, Gotham Comedy Club, Caroline’s, The Borgata Casino in Atlantic City and many other venues. Jodi has entertained the troops in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba on two occasions and has performed world wide at other military bases as well. She just returned in April 2006 from entertaining the troops in Iraq. Cara Amore was born in Brooklyn and raised on Long Island by her Italian father and Irish/German mother, who are now divorced but still live with her. Cara's material is based on her life experiences and daily happenings, as well as observations she's made along the way.
Cara's sense of humor and charm make her a must see on the comedy circuit. Cara performs at venues across the country and is a regular at Governors Comedy Cabaret, McGuire's Comedy Club and The Brokerage. She was a semi-finalist on the Food Network's "Next Food Star" and Bud Lite's Ladies of Laughter. Her biggest accomplishment to date is her son Benjamin.
